Delete your Toy Hub account

Delete it in the app
- Open Toy Hub and sign in.
- Go to the Mine tab, then Settings.
- Open Account & sign-in.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen and confirm.
If your account uses Sign in with Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple, and we then ask Apple to revoke Toy Hub's access to your Apple ID.
No longer have the app?
Email popbeanfamily@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Toy Hub account. Send it from the email address on the account, or include the phone number or @handle you sign in with, so we can find it. We'll confirm with you before deleting and reply once it's done.
What is deleted
- Your phone number and email address
- Your nickname and profile photo (the photo file is queued for erasure from our storage)
- Every linked sign-in — Google and Apple account IDs and the email addresses that came with them
- Your posts and comments are hidden from everyone, and can no longer be viewed or replied to
What is kept
- An internal account number with no name, contact details or photo attached, so that records other people's content points to stay consistent
- Photos you contributed to the shared collectibles catalog stay in the catalog, no longer credited to you
- Crash and diagnostic reports already sent to Firebase are kept under Firebase's own retention
- Anything we are required to keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons
Once your account is deleted, your phone number or email address can be used to create a new account.
